The SLS offers five powder processing solutions with one common drive. Switch processing heads within seconds, utilizing our SMARTdetect technology for easier R&D testing.

When developing new products, it is vital that results achieved in the lab be transferred to production. The SLS gives the assurance that PSDs achieved at lab-scale can be duplicated in production equipment with minimal variances in particle size distribution.

The SLS encompasses the key size reduction and material processing technologies of hammer milling, conical milling and security screening in a single platform with interchangeable heads. Designed to be space- / cost-efficient, and fully scalable to production volumes.

SLS - L1A Head

High impact Hammer Mill capabilities creating finer particle sizes. Fully scalable to the D6A.

Conical Milling


SLS - U5 Head

Tight particle granulometry with a wide range of scalable screens / impellers. Low heat generation, fines dust and overs.

SLS - H5 Head

Primarily used for APIs, fine chemical and cosmetic applications. Predictable narrow PSDs with 30 – 70% more on-target.
