Scalable Benchtop Dry Granulation

With the LCS - Lab Compaction System

Scalable benchtop, high-performance dry granulation with production-scale capability - designed and delivered by the most trusted name in roller compaction technology for more than 70 years.

LCS - Lab Compaction System

Low-Volume Benchtop System

Dry granulation is the most LEAN, efficient method for conditioning powders. Compared to wet granulation, it utilizes minimal equipment / processing steps, and is unlikely to damage ingredients.

Fitzpatrick’s LCS processes powders with the same pressure as larger production-scale roller compactors. This ensures your development projects can progress from the lab to production with confidence.

A low-volume benchtop system for R&D and trial batch production, delivering dust free and contained powder roll compaction
