The SLS offers five powder processing solutions with one common drive. Switch processing heads within seconds, utilizing our SMARTdetect^™ technology for easier R&D testing.

When developing new products, it is vital that results achieved in the lab be transferred to production. The SLS gives the assurance that PSDs achieved at lab-scale can be duplicated in production equipment with minimal variances in particle size distribution.

The SLS encompasses the key size reduction and material processing technologies of hammer milling, conical milling and security screening in a single platform with interchangeable heads. Designed to be space- / cost-efficient, and fully scalable to production volumes.
